The impact of climate change on the hydrological regime of small rivers of Polesie on the example of River Jasielda

Abstrakt

Based on the methodology of hydrological and climatic calculations we developed a program that enables modeling the water balance of small rivers of the Belarusian Polesie. The program includes the extensive information about the elements of the water balance of respondents rivers and may take into account the main peculiarities of separate basin. Studied water regime of small rivers of the Belarusian Polesie. It is shown that the greatest transformation of the outflow of river basins are subject, which can occur degradation of peat soils on sandy ground, about 30% of the total catchment area. It has been shown very big impact of climate change on the water regime of small rivers.
