From the history of geographical researches of Volyn Polessia by Polish scientists in the interwar period (1921-1939)

Abstrakt

An attempt of complex analysis of the contribution of Polish scientists in the study of Volyn Polessia region in the interwar period (1921?1939) has been made. On the basis of archival sources, the works of Polish and Ukrainian researchers, the scientific directions and the contribution of individual personalities to the study of the region have been highlighted. The attention is focused on the need for further study of the creative heritage of Polish scientists concerning Volyn Polessia in the interwar period.
